We welcome quality, stylish, new condition furniture and home decor accessories that will appeal to today's buyers.
We will display your items in a professionally merchandised setting with the goal to sell quickly.
We do all the work...no need for you to advertise, answers calls, be available for showings, or have security concerns with people coming to your house.

For Furniture or larger items email a photo of the item to theloftynest.erica@gmail.com and we will evaluate whether it is something we think we can sell. You may bring in a traditional photo if you do not have access to email.
Smaller Decor items may be brought directly to the store for evaluation.
Evaluation. We are very selective about our consignment. Please do not take it personally if we decline your items with a polite "no thank you". We are thinking about how well the item will sell, and how appealing it will be to today's buyer.
Some things we do not consign- Appliances, mattresses, crafts, dirty or worn items.

Pricing is made in partnership with our consignors. We take into consideration - condition, style, original purchase price, relevance to today's market.
There is a 50/50 split on all items.
